Virtual Group Therapy

Our virtual “Morning meeting Group” meets at 8am on various weekdays. This group places focus on a multitude of mental health topics, while creating areas of discussion for both psychoeducation and informative techniques for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
